Undergraduate and Masters student
We have openings for undergraduate students interested in semiconductor physics and ferroelectrics. The work would involve electrical measurements and data analysis with opportunity to work in the cleanroom.
Additionally, We’re also looking for students with interests in the area of big data analysis, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Basic understanding of semiconductor devices is appreciated.
Doctoral student
We’re always looking for motivated and hard-working students with research interests in the areas of thin-film/transistor fabrication, ferroelectrics, semiconductor physics and microscopy of electronic materials.
Postdoctoral Fellow
We’re also looking for postdocs with research experience in fabrication, semiconductor device physics and ferroelectrics.
